These Vintage Advance AV1’s offer a slightly different look and feel. With its deep edge-chamfered solid mahogany body (AV1 Standard) and contoured maple top (AV1 Special) plus mahogany set-neck construction, these guitars definitely mean business. Helping to achieve this is the choice of AV1 Standard equipped with a pair of PAF-voiced Wilkinson WVC humbucking pickups, or the AV1 Special with its complement of Wilkinson P90 stacked humbuckers.

The ergonomically designed control layout features a master volume, master tone, and innovative Vintage ‘Roll Control’, which transforms each pickup from full humbucker to single coil operation – and any degree of tonality in between.
